Hello, I am Chloe Palmer, creator of LabPrep.
With over a decade of expertise as Head of Science, I recognise the constraints of limited time, resources, and budget often encountered in busy science departments.
Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about innovatively harnessing technology to work more efficiently. This commitment has empowered me to focus more of my time and efforts on creating rich learning environments, where students can develop a love for science and achieve the best outcomes.
In 2014, I earned recognition by receiving the Best Teacher award in the Teach Secondary Technology and Innovation awards, and more recently, in 2022, I took pride in being awarded the Innovation Award for Curriculum and Digital Literacy from the esteemed Alpha Plus Group.
To this end, maternity leave afforded me the headspace to develop LabPrep, and my aspiration is for it to cause a ripple effect, benefiting science leaders, technicians, teachers, and ultimately students in schools globally.
